Hand cut and individually sewn in our signature contrast design, the Celeste is part coat, part cape and truly a one-of-a-kind piece. 

FIT

  • Designed to be oversized and cocooning but fitted at the belted waist
  • Sizes range from XS (UK 8) to L (UK 14), take your usual size
  • Maddie is 5’8” wearing an extra small

MATERIAL

  • Handcrafted from upcycled denim pieces colour-coordinated and hand-pieced for its ombre effect
  • Feels like rigid denim with a lived-in, soft touch
  • Upcycled denim coats are each one of a kind and therefore may have slightly different characteristics than what is pictured
  • Denim ages better when it’s washed less; damage comes from overwashing, not overwearing.  Plus, you can save over 2,000 litres of water per year by washing once a month as opposed to once a week.
  • Close zips or buttons and turn your luxury jeans inside out before washing.
  • Use a damp cloth to spot clean and remove small stains in between washes, helping to keep your jeans looking fresh. 
  • Freeze your ethical jeans instead of washing them to kill odour-producing bacteria.
  • Steam your jeans as another energy-efficient way to kill odour-producing bacteria instead of washing.
  • Wash at 30°C maximum.
  • Prefer to hand wash? Use cold to lukewarm water, a mild detergent and leave your jeans to soak for 45 minutes. Then rinse.
  • Flatten, reshape and hang your jeans to air dry. We do not advise using a tumble dryer for our denim pieces.
  • Dry naturally in the shade or indoors, avoiding direct sunlight, as this can fade denim.

Please let us know when you are planning to collect as we are sometimes out rescuing jeans from landfill.
