Returns

Here’s how to make a return:

1. Please visit your customer account and follow the on-screen instructions to submit a return request (RMA). If you registered as a guest follow the same link, adding the email address you used when placing your order to access your order history.

2. Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, our team will then check the items are in their original condition*. This process typically takes 3 to 5 working days.

3. Once your return is accepted, a refund will be issued. Funds can take an additional 5 to 10 working days to appear in the account of your original payment method.

4. You’ll be informed of your refund via email confirmation.

5. All returns are at your expense, including payment for any duties and taxes. Read our full shipping terms and conditions for more in-depth information.

*Please note, all items must be returned from the original shipping country, unworn and with all original packaging and tags attached within 14 days from the delivery date. Please be advised that our working days are Monday to Friday.

Please clearly state who the return is from or include the original airway bill in with your package so we know who the package is from. You will then be notified once we have received your jeans.

Please make sure that the item has ‘Returning Goods to Origin’ clearly marked on the consignment note. 

To ensure you’re not charged with returned duties and/or taxes, please clearly state on the package your original airway bill number and include the airway bill inside the package. 

You are responsible for any costs that are endured for the return, so please mark the above clearly on the outside of the package. 

You are responsible for the jeans until they have arrived back to us, so we encourage our customers to use a tracking service so that you can dispute if there is any loss or damage of the jeans.

Returns are at your expense. All items must be returned to the original shipping country, unworn and with all original packaging and tags attached within 14 days from the delivery date.

We always suggest you return your goods using a tracking service. This way, you can track your return on its journey back to us by using the tracking link provided by your supplier.

We will not refund the shipping fees, or any taxes and duties that incur on your return. Please read the return instructions to avoid any unexpected taxes or duties.

We offer exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date, as long as your item is in its original condition with all the packaging and tags attached.

  • International: £20-£35. This will be shown at checkout, depending on the destination.
